As the name suggests, the founder and principal of PBC is Peter Baron.

Pete has decades of broadcasting experience, producing story-telling productions as well as facilitating Outside Broadcasts, Studios and Post-Production services.

With a globe spanning career, working on multiple genres of content, Pete has produced events, concerts, festivals, documentaries and entertainment projects for broadcasters, brands and businesses. Recent clients include: Sky, ITV, DAZN, Rakuten, Twitch, FIFA, NYT, Royal Albert Hall and Help Musicians.

Pete has been a Unit Manager, a Production Manager, a Series Producer, a Head of Production and a Production Executive. He’s also been a runner, camera assistant, floor manager, promoter and record producer too.

Successfully delivering every project with a swan-like serenity.

His most renowned and memorable work (other than the award nominated documentary series and support on award winning content) has probably been music performance projects. With over 1200 artists performances, including Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Tina Turner, Nirvana, Madonna, Jean-Michel Jarre, Shakira, Lionel Richie, Rihanna, Rod Stewart and The Spice Girls.

Pete continues in the roles of Producer, Head of Production and Consultant, creating and overseeing projects, ensuring the same exacting standards are produced and delivered for everyone.
